You will find this unique conference facility in the 4 star Tshukudu Lodge on the Genius Loci Game Ranch. It is situated in the heart of the beautiful Rust de Winter Bushveld.

It is a setting highly conducive to focussed strategy sessions, creative brainstorming and unmatched teambuilding. The Tshukudu Lodge conference facility can accommodate up to 36 delegates in a Cinema style and 24 delegates in a U-shape format in the main conference room. The conference room is equipped with the following: Overhead projector and pull down screen, Flip Chart Boards and marking pens, Proxima Projector, Television, DVD player, Note Pad & Pen, Mints and jugs of ice water.

Following a productive day of strategising and brainstorming, delegates can unwind with a Game Drive and sundowners, or an invigorating visit to Mystic Monkeys & Feathers Wildlife Park. A relaxing evening awaits around the Boma or at the lodge restaurant, renowned for its superb cuisine.

ACCOMMODATION

The convenient location of the venue makes it ideal for one-day conferences. However, should your conference extend over a longer period, the lodge can provide luxury accommodation in its 12 rooms, accommodating 24 delegates sharing.

Delegates staying at Tshukudu Lodge have access to all the facilities of the lodge. Day conference delegates are welcome to make use of all the facilities at an additional cost

Our experience allows us to offer you the best that is available and you are most welcome if you need any advice and ideas or wish to discuss an idea of your own. Our facilities can accommodate a maximum of 120 guests attending the ceremony and other activities.

From exchanging your vows under the largest Monkey Thorn Tree in the Southern hemisphere, or celebrating your love on the lush, romantic banks of the Elands River, to tying the knot under the beautiful thatched roof at Mystic Monkeys and Feathers or exchanging vows in a traditional wedding ceremony at the Tshukudu Lodge Chapel - Genius Loci Game Ranch has the unique and memorable setting to turn your wedding day dreams into reality.

When it comes to catering, Tshukudu Lodge offers anything from an informal meal around the fire with traditional potjies and side dishes, to a sit down dinner with all the necessary trimmings. The choice is yours!

Accommodation:

If you, some close friends or family wish to stay over, special tariffs for overnight accommodation on the same day as the wedding is available in the 12 luxury rooms of the Tshukudu Lodge that can accommodate 24 people sharing.
