Day Conference package
The following services and equipment are provided:
- Tea/Coffee & Fruit juice and rusks on arrival
- Tea/Coffee, Danishes/Savouries mid morning
- Tea/Coffee 36& Biscuits mid afternoon
- Buffet Lunch
- Parking
- Free Shuttle Service
- Name cards, note pads, pens, iced water and sweets
- Standard conference equipment – overhead projectors, television monitors & video machines, white boards, flip charts with paper and pens.
- Data Projectors and laptops can be hired at an additional charge.
- Breakaway rooms can be hired at an additional charge.
- The informal facilities on the patio and in the garden are at no additional cost.
- Private dinners/braai & cocktail evenings can be arranged – costing per menu chosen.
Half-
